LOGO SpA operates in the graphics and printing industry and is experiencing strong growth. The company currently employs around 250 people and has 4 production sites and 2 administrative offices located across Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Marche.
We specialise in digital and offset printing, paperboard converting and a range of integrated services.
We are currently looking for experienced Offset Press Operators
The team:
You will join the offset printing department at our sites in Borgoricco (PD), Resana (TV) and Ferrara (FE)
What you’ll be doing:
- preparing, setting up and operating offset printing presses
- checking the quality of printed products and making adjustments where necessary
- managing production materials (plates, inks and paper) and monitoring stock levels
- carrying out routine machine maintenance and cleaning, and reporting any issues
- working closely with the prepress and finishing departments
- ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards
We’re looking for you if:
- you have proven experience operating Heidelberg offset presses
- you have good knowledge of printing processes and paper substrates
- you are able to read production specifications and print layouts
- you are highly precise, detail-oriented and able to solve problems effectively
- you are available for shift work
- you have excellent manual skills and work well in a team

We are currently looking for an Offset Press Assistant with some initial experience in the industry
The team:
You will join the offset printing department at our Borgoricco (PD) site
What you’ll be doing:
- assisting the offset press operator
- material loading and unloading
- print quality control
- machinery cleaning and routine maintenance
We’re looking for you if:
- you have good manual skills
- you are careful and precise
- you are interested in developing a career in the printing industry
- previous experience in the graphics or offset printing sector is an advantage
What we offer:
- Initial full-time fixed-term contract (National Collective Labour Agreement for the Italian graphic, publishing and specialised printing industry), with the possibility of a permanent position
- Two weekly shifts: 6.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

We are currently looking for a Paper Cutting Operator
The team:
You will join the offset printing department at our Borgoricco (PD) or Resana (TV) site
What you’ll be doing:
- cutting paper materials
We’re looking for you if:
- you have experience using Polar guillotine cutters
- you have previous experience in a similar role
- you have good manual skills
- you are reliable, accurate and attentive to detail
- you work well in a team
What we offer:

Following an initial training period between Borgoricco (PD) and Campodarsego (PD), you will join the LOGO office in Borgoricco (PD)
What you’ll be doing:
- analysing and improving company systems and processes
- managing digital innovation projects
- maintaining IT infrastructure
- providing help desk support
- developing scripts to support internal procedures
We’re looking for you if:
- you have previous experience in a similar role
- you have good knowledge of Windows server environments, virtualisation systems, backup tools and firewalls
- you have experience working with SQL Server and database structures
- you have functional analysis, hardware management (PCs and printers) and technical documentation skills
- you are able to manage complex projects independently
- you have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- you are passionate about IT
- knowledge of Python programming is an advantage
