Why work at LOGO?

LOGO is built around a key principle: the company’s success depends on its people. Accordingly, we continually invest in the development and well-being of our people, creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating work environment that attracts, retains and develops talent.

Join us in a workplace built on trust and growth

At LOGO, we believe that every individual is part of a community and that outstanding results can only be achieved in an environment where people feel free to express their full potential. With this in mind, our managers are encouraged to share company objectives with their teams and to promote the employee empowerment.

The company is committed to:

  • Attracting and retaining talent through structured recruitment processes, effective onboarding programs and partnerships with universities and schools.
  • Promoting a positive and stimulating work environment, supported by policies that encourage well-being and employee satisfaction.
  • Developing skills and competencies through training programs, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning.
  • Ensuring fairness and inclusion, eliminating all forms of discrimination and valuing diversity.
  • Providing opportunities for professional growth, with the aim of retaining key personnel and high-potential talent.

Training and professional development

We invest significantly in the growth of our employees, offering tailored training programs to develop both technical and managerial skills. Each year we deliver around 800 hours of training, involving between 100 and 150 employees, through:

  • mandatory and voluntary training programs (health and safety, first aid, financial management and the use of digital tools);
  • tailored development pathways for apprentices and key roles;
  • job rotation initiatives, designed to encourage the acquisition of new skills and support internal mobility.

A company looking to the future

LOGO is not only a growing company, but also a benchmark in the industry for the quality of its HR policies. Our strategy aims to create a stimulating and merit-based working environment in which people can develop their skills, feel valued and actively contribute to the Group’s growth.

With a strong focus on training, well-being, inclusion and professional development, LOGO positions itself as a company where people want to work – one that is able to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
