SATE joins the LOGO Group
Sate Industria Grafica of Ferrara, a leading company in high-quality printing, has officially joined the LOGO Group, which has acquired full ownership.
This strategic transaction represents a significant step forward in strengthening
the LOGO Group’s position in the high-end paperboard converting sector. For Sate, the operation enables the internalisation of product finishing processes, which will now be managed within the Group’s three production facilities, improving both service quality and turnaround times.
The growth of this segment is part of LOGO’s strategic diversification plan which, in recent years, has also included the acquisition of Graficart Arti Grafiche (Treviso, Italy), a packaging manufacturing company. During 2023, the Resana facility obtained the important ISO 22000 certification, a key standard required to safely produce packaging for the agri-food and pharmaceutical sectors.
The operation will strengthen Sate’s production structure, which can now rely on three manufacturing plants equipped with multiple printing technologies. This will provide a recovery plan in the event of specific production needs or natural disasters, while also expanding the product offering, which now includes publishing, commercial printing, industrial manuals and calendars.
The LOGO Group, a solid company recognised by the market, is an important industrial group employing 260 people across the Veneto and Emilia-Romagna regions.
The synergies generated by the acquisition will benefit both organisations, enabling them to further strengthen their presence in the market.
