Merger and transformation of Logo S.p.A.
The close of the 2023 financial year brought several changes for us, the two most significant being: the merger by incorporation of Graficart Arti Grafiche S.r.l. into LOGO; the corporate transformation of LOGO into a Joint Stock Company, together with an increase in Share Capital (to €10 million).

Sate Industria Grafica of Ferrara, a leading company in high-quality printing, has officially joined the LOGO Group, which has acquired full ownership.
